[Coco] attr and users

  I occasionally have permissions problems with files in OS9.

  The attr command should be able to fix them but does not seem to work.

  for example suppose I want to be able to delete file x in drive path2x 
on the default directory.

  and file x is read only.

  the command

  attr  w pw  /dd/path2x/x

  should make x writable but it does not.

  I am assumeing I am root there is no whoami command, in any case I am 
whatever user the
  Vcc kit puts me in..

  Any suggestions.
