[Coco] Glenside Nominations

We plan to nominate officers at the September meeting. We need to nominate
the president, vice president, treasure, and secretary. They must be a
member in good standing. They must be 21 years of age or older. Resident of
Illinois is a plus. Then we hope to hold elections by secret ballot at the
October meeting.  There are other positions but they are appointed by the
president.

We take the constitution very seriously.  However the by-laws are not as
important.  We follow the spirit of the law.

We are modifying the club by holding our meetings on-line using
teleconferencing.  We are moving the database on-line.  We may start keeping
records using on-line storage.  So we are changing with the times.
