[Coco] A NON-COCO related question??????????

In addition to the other good advice, questions --

How old is the laptop? Is it still under warranty?

Do you have a rough estimate on the change in settings? -- more than a
month? half a year?

Non-standard batteries are convenient for engineers, but a serious burden
on the ecology.
