[Coco] OS-9 Level II vs Nitros9???

There are reports that some documentation has yet to be written, I failed to find the documentation for the Shell which is different from ShellPlus 2.1a which I used.

Many commands have changed so many of my old scripts and typed in commands from my memory did not work. I found no documentation for many NitrOS-9 commands and the NitrOS-9 source code needed to be looked at to figure some things out.

Now there are some new items in NitrOS-9 but compare that with what was posted on Delphi / CI$ which added up to a great development system build by many smart people.

I appear to be blocked from RTSI on my new W10 computer, is that a known problem.

I have been thinking about a new Facebook group for OS-9.

The Facebook NitrOS-9 / OS-9 group appears to be like the OS-9 forum on Delphi at the end, all the OS-9 people had been driven away by the OSK people. You know how well that went.

HELP!!!
I'm SLOWLY (and I do mean SLOWLY) getting back into the CoCo after being away for a number of years and was wondering about the PROS/CONS of using OS-9 vs Nitros9. While back in the day (when I was using my CoCo 1 and 3 almost constantly), I only used OS-9 (Level 2 only) to make modified boot disks (loaders???) so I could access the full 40 track drives I had. And although I did have 2 Double-Sided Drives, I never modified a Boot Disk to take advantage of that fact. Regretfully, I used it for VERY LITTLE else. Granted I had both the C-Compiler and Basic-09 and (I believe) Forth (or was it Pascal) and still do somewhere in my collection, I seldom played with those as well.

But now WHAT I want to know (preferably in a list) is WHAT are the advantages/disadvantages of using OS-9 Level 2 over Nitros9. This way, hopefully I can make a final decision of whether or not to switch over to Nitros9 OR just stay with the tried (or is that tired) and true OS-9 Level 2 OS that I currently have.
Hopefully some of you guys (and/or ladies as well), can give me some pointers (as well as tips) on which system to choose over the other...
