You should probably check to make sure that the CoCo 2 in question can
actually use the ROM being offered.

Having Color Basic 1.3 would suggest that it's probably a CoCo 2 with a
single socket to accommodate either an 8K Color Basic ROM or a 16K ROM
containing both CB and ECB.
