[Coco] CoCoFEST! 2018 -- Call for Vendors/Exhbitors (and Attendees too!)

I just filled out my registration for CoCoFest 2018!  I, yet again, will be
demoing Fuzix.  I'll have a limited supply of small SD cards with Fuzix
preinstalled for the CoCoSDC.
