[Coco] ML BASIC SPEED TEST

I can understand having a "clean" manual and if that is the case, then  I
would suggest that the "handwritten notes" be saved as an addendum at the
end.  The idea is that these notes may have been useful to Steve 30 years
ago and may therefore be useful to others now... like corrections.
