[Coco] CoCo 1 composite

   I think this circuit was from Marty Goodman.
   I have built this circuit in the past and have a CoCo1 working with
   this. However, most composite monitors show very very dim or nothing at
   all. Early computer monitors, usually converted TVs, could be driven
   with tiny signals. Later units had higher minimum signal requirements.
   Adding another stage would probably do the trick, but might be noisy.
