[Coco] Memory size of Coco 2

The Coco 2, no. That was strictly 16K and 64K (and with or without Extended BASIC). The Coco 1 did, however, have a 32k option. (Even though it was usually a full 64K - which is why they later replaced it with an “official” 64k upgrade).
