[Coco] CoCoBASIC 1.4

Was chatting with some on the CoCo Facebook group and he mentioned
installing CoCoBASIC 1.4 and Extended BASIC 1.1. I said to him that the
last RS CoCoBASIC 1.3. He replied that he grabbed the ROM from CoCo
Archive. I am sure this has been asked a 1000 times. Was 1.4 just a hack by
someone?

And the follow-up question... what are some of the known bugs with
ColorBASIC and Extended Color BASIC?
