The other ionizing radiation you and your machine would be exposed to on 
a flight is cosmic radiation which you are normally protected from by 
the thickness of the atmosphere. Of course on a plane flying at 10km / 
30,000feet you have that much less atmosphere between you and the cosmic 
rays so you get a dose.

It's nothing really to worry about (for either you or your CoCo) for 
individual flights however I believe that plane crew are monitored as 
they have repeated exposure.
