[Coco] T1000 Keyboards

The Enhanced keyboard is XT compatible, but requires an adapter on the
older T1000s. The original ones used a different serial protocol. I think
they used start bits instead of stop bits or some such. They were the same
as the T2000 keyboards though, just with a different connector.
