Leo Brodie wrote "Starting Forth" and the sequel "Thinking forth" as an
employee of Forth Inc. however he is NOT a co creator of FORTH. That honor
goes solely to Chuck Moore. Starting Forth was almost outdated by the time
it was published as the Forth 79 standard and then Forth83 standard came
into use which explains its uselessness. There are many good books on
forth out there, many written by Elizabeth Rather a cofounder, along with
Chuck Moore of Forth Inc.
