[Coco] DE-1 Clarification Please

Control panel is used in "run" mode. The other for programming the ".pof" is used in "Prog" mode.

Trying to follow the various procedures to flash/program the DE-1 is alittle confusing for me. An answer to this question will clear the fogtremendously. When using the Control Panel, is the "prog/run" switchset to prog or run, likewise when using Quartus, what position is theswitch to be in?
