[Coco] Cartridge slot 'y' cable

Hi. Does anyone know if a 'y' cable is currently available for the coco. I used to have one from DISTO along time ago but it is long gone

I need the cable to connect a floppy drive and sound /speech cart together. I don't really want to use the mini MPI for this setup(even though it's a very good product)
