[Coco] CLOAD on coco1 vs CLOAD on coco3

I have a ML server that is loaded at the end of the basic program. When u run the BASIC program it moves the server to the top of memory.   This technique does not seem to work on my 512k coco3 but does work on a 32k coco1 and 32k TDP 100

Is the CLOAD routine handled differently on the coco3 ?

I have a BASIC program on tape that has ML appended to the end of it.

When I CLOAD the  BASIC program it also loads the ML and moves it to the top of the RAM on my coco 1

This does not seem to be working on my coco3
