[Coco] CoCo Hardware Experimenter's Board

Does anyone have any kind of CoCo Hardware Experimenter’s board available?  I’m just looking for a board that plugs in the cartridge slot and has a prototype area for hardware hacking.  I remember seeing some chatter about this in the past but have so far failed to dig it out of my list archives.
