[Coco] Keyboard mylar fix poll

Or to be a little more precise, the PS2 keyboard sends codes that denote 
when a key is pressed or not pressed (released).  If a key is pressed 
(and held down) then the corresponding connection is made on the CoCo 
matrix and held until the PS2 key is released.
