[Coco] COCOVGA 16-color mode test pics...

Hi everyone,

I’ve been doing some testing with the COCOVGA adapter for MC6847 machines,
and in particular checking out a new video mode that Brendan included in the system.

The new mode is 128x96, 16-colors.  The 16 colors are selectable by palette settings,
from our total range of output colors.  Right now the COCOVGA is capable of 9-bit RGB
(512 colors).

This mode uses one 6144 byte video page just like RG6 (PMODE4) or SG24.
