[Coco] Back up via HDBDos

If you're just talking about making a backup you can right-click on the 
disk in Drivewire and then export it.  If you want to make a CoCo disk 
from your PC I think you need a special utility since CoCo disks have 
256-byte sectors.  If you have Drivewire co-existing with a CoCo floppy 
controller you could just use the BACKUP command from DECB.
