[Coco] New Nitros9 Issue I don't know where to go with.

I purchased a Pro-Tector+ and a 6309 from Cloud-9.  ripped out my cpu, 
sucked up the solder, put in the socket, etc.
It Works!  Not bad for 1 66 year old shaky grumpy old fart!

So I have 2 scsi disks with multiple partitions on both of  them.  I got 
it all working properly with the 6809 version of Nitros9.

on an unused partition I created an environment to use with my new 
6309.  Built the boot floppy making /dd my new Nitros9 environment 
partition.

It all came up fine.  All 5 partitions on my first drive work perfectly.

On the second scsi disk the first partion works as expected, but 
partitions 1 and 2  give me a 214 error  - No Permission.

I would like to trouble shoot the problem before I go ahead and try to 
format the affending partitions.

So what would be different between  6809L2 Nitros90 and 6309L2 version?
Any segguestions?
