[Coco] MAME Compile times on a RPi

Hi Glen,

Great article!  You covered all the right things.  There are a few
additional tweaks I do that are more RPi3 specific, but anyone interested
in running newer versions of MAME on the RPi2 or RPi3 should visit your
page.
