[Coco] BASIC format questions

In another life, (1971-1972) I was wiring mobile homes in a factory.

Code changes demanded the ground lug be on top.  The theory being

that if a power cord was partially dislodged and something like a wire 
coat hanger

slid between the plug body and the outlet, it would hit the ground lug 
first.

That lasted for a couple of months until the dealers and customers 
raised cain,

and we had to send service guys out to flip them over.  A short battle 
ensued with code

enforcement but the ground lug was returned to it's original bottom 
location.
