[Coco] Drowning in messages!

All day long, I have been getting a batch of 30-ish messages from around midnight last night until noon-ish today.

In the batch is a message that the situation had been fixed.  I answered that message that the situation is NOT fixed for me, and now that message is also included in the batch that I get about every 5-10 minutes…

Is there some way to fix this?  Do I simply wait until they eventually stop, or will I have to unsubscribe from the e-mail list?

Any and all solutions are very welcome!
