Unfortunately, this is what I get: 

jar at Win8 ~
$ git clone git://tripe.blitter.com/git/os9_68k_sdk_v12.git MWOS

fatal: unable to connect to tripe.blitter.com:
tripe.blitter.com[0: 24.69.200.217]: errno=Connection refused

So it’s possible they have shut down the repository?
