[Coco] Nitros Partitioning Was: CoCo SDC and others

I guess I'm asking the nitros building gurus if setting wps/ofs at
build-time is possible?  I dont know how nitros formulates the
descriptors.  I'll review the code, and find out- but any pointers
meanwhile?
