[Coco] CB, ECB, DECB, & SECB

Thanks, David. I just thought I remembered such a name and decided to throw
it out there. Yes, I believe it is a matter of what the users as a whole
think. As for me, any of the 3 will do, but I sort like the Super version.
Makess it sound like it's souped up.
