[Coco] MAME

About 2 years ago MAME and MESS merged, so they are the same thing.
When we refer to the current versions of MAME, the MESS is silent.
It's possible to compile just the MESS portion, although I don't know how,
but it was done for me by Ron Klein, however we we reference MAME, in the
context of CoCo emulation, we should be referring to, and using the latest
version.
