So further that...
I have now tested my built version with the DIVQ instructions with the DW starter kit and the becker port appears to be working!
My fork is the 2.01b final edit. With the only changes being:
6309 DIVQ instructions added to hd6309.c
#include <stdbool.h> added to becker.c
Tested with:
http://yaccs.info/BPIERCECOCO/Starter%20Kits/Vcc%202.0.2b%20Coco%203%206309%20Starter%20Kit%20setup.exe

That's exactly one of the issues I was getting w/ several combinations I tried.
