[Coco] NitrOS-9 build kit for Windows

Thanks again, Tormod.

That fixed it, and now I have disk images for L2 6809 and L2 6309.

Why TextPad? Because I purchased it, I like it, and it does what I need.
Why not Notepad++? Because I tried it before I found TextPad and I don't
like it.
