[Coco] Speech/Sound Cartridge Emulation just added to MAME

Tim,

That is great news for sure :)  Great job on making this happen and for all
the hard work you had to go through to get it done.  This will for sure
live on as another hurdle tackled in the CoCo hardware packs to emulate.

All I can say is from me.  Thank you TIM!
