[Coco] VCC full screen mode and Windows 10

Bill, I went back, and tried again, and I can use F11 and F10 to turn full
screen on and off again (I'm using Windows 10) and I didn't have the screen
"seizure" issue.
Also, I have signed up for GitHub, and I have left a few comments on the
current list of reported issues, I'll try and report actual ones I
encounter in the future.
