[Coco] Color Basic v1.4

I'd suspect it is somebody's homebrew modification of some version of Color
Basic. Though there's not much you could do, since there's no free space
left over. You could grab a few bytes by overwriting the title screen
message.  Does it say 1.4 in that message, or just in the filename given by
the uploader?

I'd be very surprised if the Deluxe CoCo ROM emerged after all this time
with no fanfare whatsoever.
