[Coco] Malware in wimgtool?

I have been using Microsoft Security Essentials (now Windows Defender) for
many years, on XP, Vista and now 10. It has never flagged WImgTool as a
virus. It came with Windows 10, and was a free app before, so that is
reason enough for me to use it.
