[Coco] Moving 6809 to socket

I remember back in the day that the HOT setup, for guys who needed both processors , was to piggyback the 6309 on top of the 6809. I never went that route so I can't vouch for how viable that was.

Investigate whether tou have room for the swinging lever that closes the
