[Coco] Drivewire and the MC-10

Hi Aaron,
Updating Drivewire is beyond my capabilities, so we'll see if anyone else
jumps on it. It would be nice to have Drivewire be the standard
"virtual/serial" drive tool for both the Coco and the MC-10.
