See the very last line of the incoming msg?  Clicking on it will send 
your browser to a site that has both subscribe, and unsubscribe links 
Filling in the blanks to unsubscribe will send you an email which you 
MUST reply to in order to confirm the change is subscribe status.

That is the same page you used when you subscribed.
