[Coco] Silly Rainbow IDE Question

I am starting to tinker around with Rainbow IDE on W7 and I have a silly
question.
Where the heck are the project files stored on the disk?

I can see the default location is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Rainbow IDE\Projects

And I can see my project files in the IDE -- but not in the windows
explorer.
I though it was some kind of AppData trick -- but I cannot locate the files.
