[Coco] Electronic Computer Festival Badge Idea

CPU, ROM, RAM, bit banged serial, with a few LEDs, and a monitor and BASIC in ROM?

If a simple SBC like that is what’s wanted, it’s easy to do, but a little boring.  

Mr. Hart does know how to make a compact design with those huge old ICs though.
I saw that badge PCB and immediately thought, “Same guy as the 1802 membership card?”
Yep, there’s the name.  :)   He has a distinctive design style.
