[Coco] Troubleshooting CoCo 3

If you know someone with a 'scope it will make troubleshooting a lot easier in my opinion.  With the right understanding/experience you can identify whether there's a video signal, clocks, activity on the data & address lines, etc.  The VOM may identify power supply problems but a 'scope is almost essential if the problem is deeper than that.
