[Coco] DSK images to floppies to run on CoCo.

I sometimes use my old DOS based 386sx to make disks but nothing beats the ease of using the coco with both the SDC and a Fd502.   The SDC is a great piece of hardware

I use an old Dell pentium with win98 and a 360k floppy installed.  I then
use Jeff Vavasour's emulator to write the .DSK to actual floppy disk.
There is some incompatibility between the DSK Jeff uses and the normal ones
found on the web, but it works if you don't alter the DSK before writing it
- just load and write immediately.
