[Coco] Printing on meme + drivewire4

If you check http://www.colorcomputerarchive.com/coco/Disks/Utilities/
you will see that I sent in "Drivewire Printing with Disk Basic."

Use the disk contents and you should be able to direct all printing through Drivewire. On the other 
hand, MESS permits printing to the PC. MAME ought to do the same thing without Drivewire.
