[Coco] Becker interface for Coco 2 emulators

Here's the error I see in Drivewire when using the ROM you mention 
(hdbdw3bck.rom).

Sat Apr 15 2017 14:29:03.346  WARN   DWProtocolHandler 
dwproto-0-10        DoOP_READEX CRC check failed, lastDrive: 0 LSN: 0

No issues with YA-DOS.
