[Coco] VCC Keyboard Layout

Luis,

Well the Home key being the clear key has been that way not just on the
emulators, but also the XT, AT, and PS/2 keyboard adapters that fit inside
the CoCo.

As far as the ESC/BREAK key probably in my opinion should have been mapped
to the real ESC key on the PC keyboards, or at least to the minimum to the
PAUSE/BREAK key on the PC keyboards.

Just my 2 cents, but then again that isn't worth much.
