[Coco] RG6 video playback test

Hi Brett, 

I have no idea how the NIC cards function, but it would depend on how
uninterrupted a data stream it will do at a similar rate, and how much interaction
is needed from the CoCo during playback.  Cycles are extremely tight at .89MHz.

Are the NIC cards available?  Any docs on them available?
