[Coco] RAM expansion options for the CoCo 3

I never was quite clear on the relationship between Disto and CRC, which
tended to be listed in CoCo ads as Disto/CRC. Tony DiStefano was
Disto--did he do the design and CRC manufactured it? I don't suppose he
still has anything to do with CRC?
