[Coco] Bill Barden's "Connecting the CoCo to the real world" book available?

Just recently, Bill Barden popped up on the Coco Facebook page snd purchased a Coco 2 from someone for a project he was doing. If he's still monitoring the page, he may be able to answer this himself. Being on the Coco FB page, means he also has a FB account and therefore can most likely be reached.
