[Coco] Bill Barden's "Connecting the CoCo to the real world" book available?

I think "Connecting the CoCo to the Real World" is a real book and it is 
mentioned in his byline beginning with the April 1991 Rainbow (pg 32), 
but I have no idea where to find a copy of this book. I can find some 
references to it in the search engines, but I haven't found the actual 
book.=================================
Okay... from what I remember, BB had a falling out with Radio Shack/Tandy over the releasing of this book, pretty sure it was money related, but could be wrong. Tandy ended up NOT releasing it even after he had announced it. He was pretty ticked off with Tandy and fell out of the CoCo world for several years. He was known to have a bit of an ego...
IIRC he did release it several years later, but as self published... I think. Don't recall if it was an actual print book or as PDF file(s) on disk. May have been text files on disk? I have never seen a copy.  Frank Swygert
