[Coco] Drive letter issue in paths with toolshed os9 copy command on Windows

So I was thinking a little about this, and I wondered how "scp"
handled this situation.

One of the answer there said that if you are using MINGW shell you can
use the syntax:

os9 copy \c\myfile.txt newdisk.dsk:2,myfile.txt

or if you are using cygwyn shell, then you can use:

os9 copy /cygdrive/c/myfile.txt newdisk.dsk:2,myfile.txt
