[Coco] CocoFlash Updates

I found this to be true as well.  

I took the dive into SMT mostly because I didn’t want to be severely limited on 
what parts I could choose to use in a design.  Now I definitely prefer them.

I find SMT to be faster to assemble (on a per pin basis) than through-hole,
and just more pleasant to work with in general, except for smaller than 0402 parts, 
no thanks.  :)
